1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@parlahouse.com or 7023014111 with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Non-returnable items: customized/made-to-order hats, items marked “Final Sale,” and headwear returned without original packaging or tags (for hygiene and quality reasons, as is standard with headwear/apparel).

3. How to Start a Return

• Email/message us at support@parlahouse.com or 7023014111 with your order number and photos of the item (if defective/damaged).
• Our team will review and share return instructions, including the return address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

4. No Refunds — Exchange or Store Credit Only
Please note: we do not offer refunds. Once an eligible return is approved, we offer an exchange for a different size/color (subject to stock availability) or store credit for a future purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective/damaged product), we cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
